AARRRRGH!! bloody attachment manager doesn't recognize bitmap as a valid file type!

Any suggestions people? 😕

when saving them save them as a .jpg in the filename you give it...could work.

open them with MS PAINT and save as a jpeg. simple as that.

oddly enough the upload manager tells you about your uploads not being valid and what filetypes are acceptable before you even need to press the submit button to submit the actual post

therefore you could have simply just asked how in the first post duh

also mspaint.exe does save to jpg and gif

...or you can just put in in .zip or .rar (compres them)

put em in a .zip or .rar and no one will download them. spend that time downloading and unpacking the pictures just to see you don't like them. just convert them to jpeg on MSPAINT or if you can't even do that, send them to me at: [email protected] and i can do it.

BigNorm, and no one will want to upload something like 20 pictures one by one... that's the reason why I'm so lazy... there should be something like "upload multiple images at once" -- For example a folder's containing? I reaaaally hate waiting for one pic to upload, then "Browse..." for a new pic and then wait again and again and again... That's why if I will post alot of pics, either they'll be in their original post somewhere else (link) or .rar.
Not be an asshole or anything, but it isn't my concern if some people are like "I don't wanna use rar" ... BUT it is wise to upload 1-5 "preview" pics
^^That's what I normally do... Post a few previews, then a .rar containing them all.

if there's 20 pics, then i see your point, just put a few of them outside the zipped file so people can see the quality of it before downloading it, that's what i meant, especially with alotta pics.
