Just a question out of curiosity: Have you ever been tempted to tickle a female villain/suspect/offender in your job? I know it's a big no-no in reality, but no law restricts your fantasy... 😉

No. You can only touch a subject if necessary to subdue and/or control them. You would probably get in less trouble for shooting a female subject than for tickling her.

But seriously, I understand now that a true professional attitude as a security person doesn't allow any tickling fantasies. Or is it true? 😉

Strel is correct. Only physical contact with someone is that allowed is that necessary to protect from physical injury. People can have fantasies, just can't act upon them in this case.

Anyone remember the cop in the Oklahoma in 1990? Had charges placed on him from 18 women, ranging in age from teenagers to 40 year olds for playing with their feet during traffic stops.
He'd put them in the backseat of his squad car, said he was searching for drugs in their shoes, and would tickle and play with them.

Fun at the time, now he's probably flipping burgers somewhere.

I remember a different story, a few years later, when some police guys
handcuffed a recruit and tickled her. Charges were filed
of course. And there's that aprophical (spelling??) story about an episode of 'Geraldo': A show on strange punishments handed out by courts, like a
shoplifter having to write sentences over and over again, that kind of thing. A teen model was arrested for pot posession, one more of many ongoing offenses, so her stepdad had two female cops he knew cuff her and tickler her as punishment because nothing else was working.
