Actual floor surfaces, none. Some carpet actually hurts my feet on the rare occassion I'm walking around barefoot. However, if I happen to walk over or be standing very near the heat vent (we have the old fashioned floor vents) barefoot, THAT can tickle like hell!
....come to think of it, so can the string fringe on our room sized oriental rug. 😉

Most surfaces don't tickle that much.
However, when I'm covered up underneath my afghan, the threads on the edges can tickle somewhat if they brush in the proper area.
