i found the whole clip of hilary's diary that included the scene. it is dated march 19, 2004

now according to imdb,
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0240380/

she was born feb 19, 1985, meaning that she was 19 at the foot tickling

now please just post the clip and leave it there. i cannot include the full diary for its too big

Hillary Duff, however, is still 17, born 28 September 1987: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0240381/ so if she was in that clip, she must have been 16 at the time.

Hillary's site may not be an adult fetish site, but ours is, so we are subject to a different standard of legal responsibility for content involving children under 18.
