To the extreme

So, after going through the pretty interesting conversations and discussions from this post, i got wondering what the most extreme tickling scenario anyone would willingly be subjected to.
It's pretty simple and easy to imagine an extreme tickling fantasy, but what would be the most extreme tickling fantasy you would want to go through.
I've always loved the Drake Labs stuff by Redscript77, and while i am not into smelly feet, i absolutely love the tickling scenarios that guy comes up with, they are so awesome. the only downside is the long periods of time, kinda the same problem with the "tickle hell" post.
I have a pretty strong love of slippers, the big, soft, novelty kind, so maybe a pair of slippers i would wear everywhere that not only tickled my feet in any and everyway possible, but they made my feet more ticklish as i wore them, would be pretty up there. either that or being someones tickle toy. being able to live a normal life, with a decent job, but being subjected to daily tickling sessions without mercy or reprieve. seems like a good balance of extreme and bearable.

Definitely not tickle hell. I guess I'm kind of a wimpy lee, because I couldn't do anything without a safe word or at least a time limit. So no gags for this switch! I'd say about the most extreme thing I'd be up for is a tied up tickle with multiple lers for a maximum of 15 minutes.

I want to be put on a rack. My husband says I am crazy and that the line of being fully stretched before tearing muscle is a very thin one. He says he'd never make me one.

As bad as possible for as long as possible. I want to genuinely need it to stop, but it doesn't stop. Nobody has been able to get me there yet, but one day!
