Has anyone heard of this man, especially lately? In the early '80's I was getting his catalog through the snail-mail, he had a tickle product business out of California. Odd now that every time I check the web, NO SITE. Odd, I say, since I expect ALMOST every business these days has a website.

Yeah, he was an early tickle afficianado. I havnt seen anything about him since late nineties.

Tobias Hacker (emphasis on HACK) was a middle man who advertised himself as the head of this "family" at a time when there was no internet, and no way for tickling material producers and patrons to find one another, except through an ad in the "Fetish Times" or some such place. He exploited this by charging exorbitant prices for things he never produced. He acquired the wares he sold by trading material with others, and then sold the material to people who had nothing to trade. Thank god no one needs the likes of that hustler anymore.

Since we're on the subject of pre-internet fetish stuff. What ever happend to the "Lotus Love Foot Erotica Club of America"? I read about it years ago in different books such as Foot Notes, Sex life of the foot and the shoe and others but, never could find them. It was said that members wore a plastic foot on a necklace they kept under their clothing. Is any of that true?

Yes I remember him too lowleah because I used to read penthouse forum all the time but I did not order any material from him because it seemed like a scam.

I believe it was reported in the TMF that Tobias passed away some years back.
