Some of the comments in this tiny article made me laugh.

As a devout relgionist I am appalled and disgusted that such a perverted unnatural act could be performed by any human being. I use that term in the loosest sense. He should be tracked down and stoned to death. He is probably Gay, black or poor. I expect..... What oh sorry. It was toe sucking? I'll have a good look through the bible and then consult my priest to see if that's covered by anything I can twist to condemn this freak.

Well, if you look at the first anecdote reported, he didn't ask - he just grabbed her and snarfed away. And it didn't say that they were looking to arrest him, just investigating the reports since there was a trend.

Wow!!..I just read the article and Conway is my hometown. I haven't lived there since 05. I still drive down every now and then to visit my best friend. That is so weird/creepy that a random man would do that. I highly doubt they will catch him unless

Toe sucking does happen at bars. I have told this story before, but I will cut to the chase. I went to a birthday party at a rock 'n roll bar and met several other couples there. There was a couple sitting at the bar and the girl was a gorgeous blonde who had her shoes off. I couldn't help but stare at her feet. After a while she grinned at me and motioned for me to come to her. She asked me why I was staring at her feet and I told her that I had a foot fetish. Her boyfriend said that he did too and lifted her bare foot and started sucking on her toes in front of everyone at a packed bar. Of course we were all liquored up/stoned. While the boyfriend was sucking the toes of one foot I grabbed her other foot and began to tickle the sole of her foot. She threw her head back and laughed the whole while. This lasted for about 5 minutes.
