Tomboys or girlie-girls? Which is more fun to tickle?

I just turned 33 and I think by my age women have probably grown out of the whole tomboy thing unfortunately. But for me there is just something about athletic, strong, agile, indepependent, strong-willed tomboys. They just seem like (from true stories I've read on here and from my own experiences) they fight harder (either to get away or tickle back) when tickled, they're more likely to try to show the 'ler that they can't get to her even when past experience has shown the tomboy to be extremely ticklish.

They just seem a little cockier, a little more challenging, and thus more satisfying when you reduce them to helpless girlish giggles - or when you threaten them with some wiggling fingers and they back off like nothing else. Ideally, the tomboy is mature enough that she is comfortable with her femininity also (likes to dress up sometimes, likes to be held, wants to have a family someday, etc). But that strong-willed spunkiness is always there. Even when she's in her more "girlie" mode.

So needless to say, I'm casting my vote for the tomboys. If anyone cares to vote for the girlie girls, please feel free to explain why you prefer them over the tomboys.

Oh and one more thing....any ladies out there 30 and up who haven't grown out of being tomboys yet?

I have never been called a "tomboy" in my entire life. 😱

I am a girl with many interests, so I don't think I belong in either cateogy. I enjoy dressing up, having my hair done, nail polish, makeup, getting flowers, being treated nicely, watching sappy movies, snuggling, whatever else girlie girls do. I like shopping for shoes. I'm a lee, so of course I love submission.

I also happen to love sports, especially soccer, and I work out every day. I love getting sweaty from lifting weights and aerobic activities. I teach a resist-a-ball class at a gym in exchange for free membership. I love wearing sneakers and work out clothes. I'm completely independent when it comes to taking care of myself, and I'll talk trash to a tickler any day of the week if I think it will add to the excitement of play.

I think I'm a mixture of sweetness and toughness. 😛oke3:

I think most people will find that as tough as Tomboys seem, we're... er... I mean, they're really just girlie-girls at heart.

And just think.....I'm about to (hopefully) relocate from Georgia to Portland, Oregon (so sis can help me care for our precious little 93 yr old grandmother 🙂

FYI: about the poll.....if a lady is ticklish and willing, that's all that matters to me. Girlie-girls are so cute (pleading, begging, and giggling), but tomboys so much fun to tease (when they try soooooh hard to resist, only to dissolve into laughter); as long as a lady enjoys tickling/ being tickled, it's fine with me 🙂

Interesting question, however it wouldn't matter to me as long as I had a female to tickle. I will say that both can have certain attitudes, and because of those attitudes is why i'd tickle either. The tomboy, the rough and tumble type that won't take shit from anyone, def deserves to be tickled. The girlie girl that teases and and acts like a princess surely needs a nice long tickle as well.

I wear jewelry, paint my finger and toenails, streak my hair... once in a great while I'll even wear a skirt or a dress... and I have been known to wear make-up at least 3 times a year... I've been told I clean up kinda nice.
Growing up I didn't want to play dress up or have tea parties, or play with Barbies... or sit around and talk about boys... that was boring! I wanted to be WITH the boys... they were much more fun! They played cops and robbers... cowboys and indians... played kickball and football... climbed fences and trees... went fishing... had snowball fights... God I had fun with them!
It's the same today... give me a fishing pole... or a bowling ball... or a rifle; take me to tractor pulls... monster truck shows... muscle and classic car shows... football games... rodeos... camping; and ya know... the newer cars baffle me... but put a wrench in my hand and I can fix any car that still has a carburator.

So yeah... I'm a tomboy... wanna make something of it?
