toon foot tickling scene

I can remember there was a toon show called "ALF - the animated series". There was an episode with the title "salad wars". Can anybody remember to that? Because there was a feet tickling scene like in "disney's gummy bears". ALF and a friend were tickled by some bad guys with a flower at their feet. I just can't find this episode again. Can anybody help me please?
