Toys packed for the weekend

The toys are packed for our weekend in the city. We leave tomorrow afternoon and we're staying through Monday. We're going to BBKing's tomorrow night with our daughter to see The Smithereens. After the show we'll take our baby home to Hoboken and go back to the hotel for some rest. Sunday morning we're going to get tickets to a show and then out for dinner at a nice seafood restaurant i midtown. THEN after that we're going back to the hotel for what Karen promises will be some unusual, usual fun.
We were supposed to go into the city Wed. through Fri. but got scared away because of the snow...we got hit worse than any other town in the tristate area...so I booked us for the MLK holiday weekend and I can't wait to get it started.

Jaysus!! What a collection. Sounds like a great weekend coming up. The
wife and I just love going off and taking our goodies with us. Hope you two
have a real good time. Last time I was in the city was new years eve of
1983. A shipmate of mine from Queens called his sister that morning and told
him she was having a party and he should come. So we cought a flight and
showed up at her door with a case of champagne. Best part was, I tickled
her feet that night. Good times.

Well...we just returned from our weekend get away in the city. Much to my dismay, I did not get to tie Karen up for any tickling fun. She wasn't feeling that great on Sunday night after we returned to the hotel from the Rangers/ Flyers game so we scrubbed the whole idea...she has to be 100% in on this. I didn't want to push her to do anything she wasn't up to doing. That said, This morning I was kinda down about it. She asked me what was wrong and I told her that I was a little disappointed that we didn't get to play around this weekend. She felt a little bad about it too. We were both looking forward to something a little different, something we used to do alot more often. She saw the disappointment on my face and PROMISED me that this Valentines Day, that she's very willing to try again. I wish we were both in our 30s or 40s again so this wouldn't be an issue anymore, but, once you get into your 50s the bondage part of the tickling can get tough on the body. She's asking me to stop raising her hands high over her head because that's bothering her too...pretty soon I'll just be allowed to tickling those cute little feet of hers...which is ok because she enjoys that most.

Hey Boxr. I am sorry your plans didnt work out the way you wanted them to but it sounds like you had a great time in the city. It's nice to know you and your wife still keep things exciting. I always have a great time in the city. I should go more often since it's so close. Anyway Thanks for sharing your plans with us and good luck next time.

I am hoping that Valentines Day will bring me better luck. Although she promised to let me tie her up doesn't neccessarily mean it's actually going to happen. It will all depend on how she's feeling and also her mood. If she isn't totally into being tied, then it will not happen, but if she's in a particularly playful mood, then it's a go. I'll let ya know in about a month.
