Tracey Mallett exercise expert caps and vids

Here are some caps from yesterday's episode of the method. These are different women than i usually post. nice to have some variety. Tracey kind of looks like trish stratus in a way. There are 2 different vids in 2 different formats...i will post the first vid first....then the second..just chose the format you want. The vids are both a a minute in a half to 2 minutes long but i think they are pretty good. Enjoy...

Beautiful photos. Thank you, Prime. I especially like the blonde. I do confess that from time to time, I have myself occasionally, while channel surfing, stopped at an exercise show called Yoga Zone on CN8 here to view female soles. There is this one instructor named Lisa Bennet who is amazing looking!

Glad everyone is enjoying the vids and pics of this show..

I know what you mean dtrell i used to read reviews about exercise shows on channels i couldnt get all the time..it sucked...i got lucky flipping through the channels one day and found this show. I have dish network and i don't think i would go back to cable again. They actually seem to be adding channels periodically and it is cheaper than cable.

Just at the end of the second clip they start to do the butterfly! I don't suppose you can get a clip of that part, can you?

After i make clips i usually delete the file. Sorry i cant make anymore clips of that show...i dont think they rerun them either.
