siiigh sadly its actually extremely complicated. in that you actually have to get someone who knows the language so they can actually translate it and then have someone with the programming know-how to actually go in and change the code around/fit the new translated words without braking the game.
(or at least, that's how i've come to understand it.)
Mostly depends what engine is game made in. Rpg maker XP games are easy for changing codes without breaking the game, but everything else is iffy business. Otherwise you would have to reproduce the code.
Or just pirate some language learning software, learn the language, and never have to deal with that problem again.
