Tricks for using tanning spray?

I plan on tanning naturally but not too often- So... twice in the past I've done the tan in a can lol. I absolutely love it. (I'll probably be buying some again soon for my next photo shoot in a couple months.)

Now I'm sure a professionally done tan will go and be done much more seamlessly. But I still imagine the same types of issues for the feet. How do you judge how far to put the tan on till you are just coming towards the sole of your foot. Any and all tricks to having a seamless tan and keeping it that way -in and out of heels- would be so great. lol

If you're doing it at home, have someone else do it. Much easier to see the coverage.

Also, if you want it a little more realistic, do an extra spray on the back of the neck, tops of the shoulders, places that get more sun.
The slight variance in the color makes it look more convincing.
