While travelling to Guam in the mid 90's, I was lucky enough to a couple of tickling situations.
1) I was swimming in a pool at one of the hotels in Tamuning and there were a few Japanese girls also poolside. A couple of them were in the water and trying to convince their friend to jump off the diving board. All the while they are speaking Japanese but you do not need to understand the language to know what was going on. Anyway, the frightened girl was trying to gather up the nerve to go onto the diving board and approached the end of the board on her hands and knees. After a couple of minutes of trying to stand up without panicking she gave up. She straddled the diving board. One of the girls swam over to her and grabbed her ankle and started tickling her foot. The girl on the board went into silent laughter and tightened her grip on the edges of the board. She only did it for a few seconds but the reaction was so sincere.
2) On the same trip, me and my buddies went to a strip club there and witnessed an unexpecting tickle to occur. There was a hot black girl stripping and dancing in the usual fashion and a brunette (another stripper) gets up on the stage with her and starts to dance next to her even thought it was not her time slot. The black girl was on her hands and knees crawling like a cat with her heels turned up near her ass. The brunette goes over to her and slightly spanks her a couple of times and then grabs her foot and made a mischievious face and started to tickle her. The black girl rocked back and forth and wildly while biting her lip until she released her grip but never showed any other reaction or anger. Both of those chicks were smoking hot.
