Does anyone else have trouble playing the preview clips on c4s? It keeps giving me the message: "Error loading media: File could not be played." Right-click reveals "Powered by JW Player," but when I go to that site there is no clear link to download a player. I must be missing something...
thanks for any advice!
 
I don't think you're missing anything. I get that message too with certain videos, more often the older ones.
