Trouble with C4S now....

I have had my store for about 4 years now. I am a Mexican citizen. When I opened my first store back then the person helping me with the registration said that I had to input 9 zeroes where the SS# was to go (for US citizens). Since I live in a border city with the South of California I have a US address (A Small box I rent to receive mail and packages)....and I do have a US Bank Account that I used to receive the ACH deposits. All was doing great, I have near 2,000 clips at my main store and some 200 at my new one. Then suddenly last week I tried to add a new clip and I was not able to pass thru the store login, so I opened a new support form with them and I was informed that they required from me my SS#, so I replied that I didn't had one because I am a Mexican citizen, so they asked me to put in my Mexican bank information, so all WIRES (not ACH's) should go there from the February payouts and forward. SO I did these changes, even that they sais they will charge $45 per each transaction, so having two stores that add a bite of near one hundred bucks; which I accepted. NOW, a week ago, they emailed me saying:

Your accounts are currently locked and on pay hold because our accountant is looking into the issue of you stating that you are not a US citizen however you live in the US and you are paid to a US bank account.

Once we hear back from him we will let you the status of your accounts.

Then I replied:
OMG!.....I did all the changes you requested a week ago or so. I did changed all my payment information to my Mexican Bank. Can you please verify that? Can your accountant see that I have already done the requested changes?

Then they replied back:
The issue remains that we have paid out to a US bank and we are verifying any issues which may arise over this issue from being previously paid out in the US.

Then I replied back:
OMG!.....I did all the changes you requested a week ago or so. I did changed all my payment information to my Mexican Bank. Can you please verify that? Can your accountant see that I have already done the requested changes?

Then they replied:
Per our accountant:

If he opened a bank account in the US then he has a TIN or SS# and should be issued a 1099.

You must provide us with your SS# or your TIN# that you had to use to open your US bank account so we can send and amend your 1099's for all of the monies you were paid for 2013, 2012, 2011


Then I replied:
Really? Can't believe that. A week ago I received a message that I got until last 22nd to make all changes into my account, so my payments will not be stopped or placed on hold. Now youre telling me this? I did all you requested. Now all my information is for my Mexican bank. What is going on? Issues? What kind of issues?

Then they replied:

We are waiting for our account to discuss the situation with the owner of the company.


Then I replied:
The fact is that this is causing my small company to have very low sales, as you have stopped me from posting more clips that could make sales go up. I have a daughter that is a US citizen. Can I change the store(s) payee information to her instead? Regardless of what, that is an issue for the IRS and if I provided to you my mexican bank details you should be able to pay this month's sales.

I can send you my daughter's SS# as well as her US PAssport number....And I suggest I can do all these changes into my stores information, so payments keep coming. But it got to be a check by the next 7th of February until she gets a new US Bank account so the ACH payments go thru. Let me know.

Well, January ended and you have kept mute on this. I wonder what is going on. I do need your response. This cannot go on. I have offered you to change all of my payee data over to my daughter which is a US citizen, and yet you have not responded. This is strange.


And that is my actual situation. No reply back on this case since last Wednesday (January 29, 2014). Any store owner here can give me his/her opinion about this? You think C4S is right? Should I expect them to freeze all my store sales and handle over the IRS? Should I call my Los Angeles, CA attorney?... I suspect they may keep the store open and using that argument freeze my earnings. What I do not get is why they simply change everything to my daughter's and contact the IRS so I deal with them directly. I am very worried plus sales for January have been severely damaged due to the fact that I had many more new clips to upload that I couldn't because of this. Any help or opinion will be greatly appreciated.
