Trouble with some Real Player files

Am I the only one, or does anyone else have trouble when opening some Real files? For example, I downloaded some preview clips from fusskitzler's preview page, and when they open up, my PC freezes completely, and I have to reset. It's happened some other times with other files. Any help/ideas?
