Trubble with TC!

I often ordered videos by money-order from Paradisevision or from MTP without problems.

On October 28 I sent money from Germany to USA. I sent one letter with money to TC and one to Paradisevision.
At Paradisevision I ordered two Videos (Pit of torture and Cop Kitchy Koo).
At TC I ordered two CD-Roms (Mpeg-files, Dungeon of happiness and hotel tickle)

On November 5, I got a email from TC. They told me, that my money has arrived. They asked me for my right shipping-adress, because they couldn’t read it on the letter. I sent them a email with my shipping-adress.

A view days later, on November 11, I got the videos from Paradisevision, they are great! Thank You!
But until today (January 07.03), I’m still waiting for my Cds,

On December 15, I asked TC by email, if they have sent me those Cds. They told me, they have sent it on December 08.02. Thats 5 weeks later, as my money has arrived them. They told me, they had sent them in two different parcels. So I don’t believe that both got lost on their way over the ocean.

TC, I’m very annoyed about you because You have my money and I didn’t get the Cds, I ordered.
This was my first and last order at TC.

Hmmm. That's weird. I've sent TC money orders and cash in the mail probably 20 times. And every time I got my order very quickly. Have you talked more with them about it? From personal experience I know them to be very fair and accomodating.

Ok. its my first order at TC. Perhaps they can tell it here, why I have to wait for so long.
Sure, I heard only positiv criticism about them. Maybe they have problems to burn the mpeg-files...I don't know the reason. They only told me, they had sent them to me and I'm waiting....
But be sure, I'll tell you, if I get them.

It probably has something to do with the TC website getting hacked a few weeks ago. The TIB said that the hacker deleted all of their files, and I would assume that that included their pay-to-download files- which are the same ones that they burn onto CD's when you order mpegs by mail. They probably had to root through their back-up stuff for quite a while in order to get everything fixed, hence the delay.

Besides, the only complaints I've ever seen about TC were on matters of video-making preference, not customer service. I'm sure you'll get your videos, one way or another. 🙂

Direct Contact...

Emailing a company directly is a much better way to get action than posting here, btw. This thread may be on the next page before TC checks in here and he may not see it. As a rule of thumb, you should always contact a vendor directly when you have a problem, rather than posting and "hoping" it gets noticed. Q

I suspect his motives for posting this here weren't so much along the lines of getting Femfeet's attention, but rather making public what he feels is bad treatment. I would agree such posts probably don't belong here except that this is where Femfeet advertises regularly. Not that anybody has done so, but it's a difficult rationalization to condone the one and condemn the other.

If a company is screwing over customers, then I believe this forum is a great tool to alert others to that situation, so that they don't get shafted. So, in some situations, not only is it appropriate to post the info here, but important so that people don't get scammed.

That being said though, Real Tickling/Femfeet is a legitimate company that provides great customer service. (This forum can also be used to praise, of course) I have ordered several videos from them, and even though I was pissed off and boycotted their videos for a good while because they weren't allowing people to sell old tapes on Ebay (That was a long debate) they thoroughly beat me by making "Cleopatra & Ariane." I'd say "curse them, they beat me!" but that masterpiece scene with Ariane being tickled in those flesh colored pantyhose...oh my God! YES, FINALLY!!!!)

But with all my praise and all my complaints along content lines, the fact of the matter is, their customer service is excellent. I ordered several tapes, and they all came very quickly and in great condition. I only had one problem once, where a tape was blank, but I e-mailed them, and they apologized and quickly mailed me a new one that arrived in one or two days. That's fast service! I ordered a VCD and and of course, the new DVD pantyhose tickling masterpiece - only with pantyhose can a video achieve masterpiece quality in my book 🙂. All came quickly and in good shape.

Asutickler has probably hit the nail on the head, Tickler75. Yes, it could have been lost in the mail, but because they along with so many other recent tickling websites were hit by that shithead hacker/hackers, that probably screwed them up for a while, and that's what's going on. One more reason to stop the hackers.

tickler75, hi. sorry to hear this is happening. not sure what's going on. you're statement above is half true. what really happened is that because you emailed us and said you never got the first shipment, December 08.02 is actually the date we sent your full order out a 2nd time, no questions asked. we sent your original order out a couple days after recieving your cash.
so now we have sent out 4 cdroms total.
here's why this is so strange to us.

A. we have never received any of them back in the mail (as in returned to us). and usually that is the case when they can't be delivered.

B. we send orders to Germany all the time without problems so we're puzzled as to why yours don't get there.

also, might i add that we had no idea you never received the 2nd order we sent you. we assumed that you had received it since we hadn't had them returned and we hadn't heard from you about it, um, until NOW that is. lol.

contrary to some opinions, we take customer service seriously and want to always provide the products ordered. if you think about it, had we really wanted to "stiff you" (which we never will do) we could have easily just told you that you're money never arrived. it would be stupid of us to tell you you're money arrived and then purposely not ship anything, wouldn't it? but the fact is that now we've shipped 2 times. they are being intercepted somewhere along the way by someone. any ideas?

There may well be an answer to all this...

I want to mention that I have received the CD's and almost threw them away when included in the same packet. I thought I did not receive them and actually for some reason decided to look in the origional package and there they were! It is easy to do if they come in a paper sleeve. I hope this helps....JC
