When i was around 10 i was round a friends house he was doing something upstairs so i was taking to his sister was 9, and she was anoying me and her cousin was there and she said get back at her she is really ticklish of course this was the excuse i needed so i stated tickling her sides and then removed her shoes and socks and stated tickling her bare feet she was laughing uncontrolable 1 must have been ticling her for around 10 minutes before my friend came down. Then when i ever came over it was more to see the sister than my friend and it always ended in me tickling her
