This picture is familiar to me. It's from a nice stocked foot tickle video. The filename is 'artTk' or something like that. Im sure The Rocking has it, if you are looking for it 😉

I remember watching the first part of the video in a free videoclip sample on one of those spanish tickling sites. It had the blonde being tickled on her feet, in the stocks, with paintbrushes. I believe the name of the clip was "Learning to Tickle" or "How to Tickle" or somethin like that.
