It was a clip of a cheerleader with her feet trapped in a wooden stock and her arms were tied up. The other girl cheerleader(tickler) takes her socks off and says something about her feet smelling really bad and says something about a basketball? game and the ticklee says something the opposite of what she wants. So she gets her feet tickled. i remember the ticklee being quite ticklish. also it was outside. can someone please repost this clip cause ive tried so hard to fiind and no luck. :\
