I saw this clip once, but haven't been able to find it again and would appreciate it if anyone could point me back to it.
I believe it was a segment from some type of Japanese TV show, but am not completely sure. Anyway, it was a short interview with the 'ler from TickleJapan. A female reporter(?) in a yellow outfit does the interview in what I guess is his hotel room (again, I'm not completely sure of that since I don't know Japanese). When she arrives, he beckons her by making a kind of tickling motion with his hands. During the interview, he gives her some brief upper body tickles and gets a good reaction. At one point they talk about a gold watch he's wearing, if that helps.
