Hello again, my Friends...
While lying here with narcotic-laced cough meds circulating into my brain --the doc told my husband that I have "walking pneumonia" (whatever that is) and is pumping me full of stuff that makes my thoughts drift all over hell and half of Georgia
-- I got this totally bizarre yet intriguing idea... you don't have to read or comment or anything, but I missed you guys and wanted to share something with you since I wind up lurking all the time...
Did any of you ever read Stephen King's "Cell"? Loosely based on that idea--
This may not even be as original as it appears to be to me, but...Since a whole bunch of us seem to have been zapped with our respective tickling fetishes when we were mere young'uns largely by cartoons we saw, what if (oh, the magic words to the creative imagination!) what if those thought patterns were planted in the cartoons purposely, with the creators fully realizing they were creating a particular breed by inserting the images into the young minds? Almost like subliminal programming without being subliminal, because tickling is so "innocent", hiding it wouldn't be necessary?
Even now, videos of fully-dressed people, and adults at that, are being pulled from YouTube and the like simply because they depict intense tickling, and not necessarily noncon. Why? There's nothing truly sexual about tickling, per se. The only logical explanation (to my current hazy state of mind) is that the decision-makers and/or those flagging the clips as innappropriate were exposed to the "T-Factor Virus" 😉 at a young age. Seeing the clip gave them a sexually-based reaction they were uncomfortable with--ergo, yank that clip! Like those of us who inexplicably wanted our parents to leave the room at age 5 or 6 because we felt what was happening to Fred Flintstone or April O'Neill was "innapropriate", so now do the self-appointed "clip censors"... they've been exposed to the evil psychologists' virus, which has outlived even those who created it! LOL
Hmmm. What was I saying?
Oh, well... I'll probably reread this tomorrow and want to crawl in a humiliation-hole, but for now, it kinda seemed interesting... 😀
Luv ya!
