OK can you please explain what your talking about??????? As in what to look for, what happens etc in this movie?

The Fighting Vigilantes - An old cowboy ties up a young cowboy and tickles his foot for information.
The hero is outside and hears roaring laughter and
pleading from inside a cabin. His sidekick has a
villain tied up (hands behind back) and is tickling
his the shit out of his socked foot with his fingers.
Nice reactions from the victim as he spills his guts.
