TV Show 911 Tickling - Nice Scene

Just caught this on USA network, 911 episode from Season 6, Episode 7 title "Cursed'.
Actress had a chandelier fall and trap her and told the EMT she could not feel anything. EMT does the Babinski test and woman laughs.
EMT says "looks like somebody felt that", woman replies "You're tickling my feet, how could I not."
Never saw this mentioned before or found when I searched. 911 episodes are on HULU and shown on some cable networks like USA. Actress 's name is Natalee Linez.

I wonder how tickling scenes happen in this context.
Does the script say, "We'll tickle the actress, she'll laugh and say she's ticklish"? Or is it improvisation, and the reaction is completely genuine?

I think some of the reactions are genuine, but she knows she'll be tickled...

Or there's an improvisation and she's tickled. What would make it even more real. Well, I like to think in that way, but I think it's really difficult to fake a great ticklish reaction, so I bet most of them are real...
