TV show opening themes

Have any of you watched a tv show and noticed the opening music. some shows like "friends" "Cheers" or "Fresh prince" have lyrics that goes to the opening music. but other shows like "sandford and son" dont. So i wanna see what lyrics you guys would make up to those shows that dont have lyrics on there opening themes. and be creative too. you can pic any show as long as it dosnt already have a lyrical theme. it can even be x files or entertainment tonight!

I always liked the theme to "The Rockford Files" and "Bronk" (with Jack Palace), but I don't think I could come up with lyrics to these.
Another one I liked with lyrics was the theme to "77 Sunset Strip".

Not TV themes...but popular songs. We used to do that all the time when I was in High School, during a boring study hall, or whatever. Usually with artists we couldn't stand. Like Barry Manilow...I remember we did a cock-up of "I Write The Songs", and re-did the lyrics, and I still remember the bridge:

"Oh, my music makes you sick, makes you turn off
the radio quick...
and I wrote ten other songs, that sound like this one!"

Actually, doing what you suggest, Static, requires some real patience and attention...I've never thought of writing lyrics to instrumental TV themes, but I'm sure the 15-year-old Knox and his friends would've given it a shot if suggested. I'm telling you, though, coming up with something for 'Charlie's Angels' would've been hard.
