That would be an interesting idea! I don't know much about how broadcasting works, or any of that behind-the-scenes junk, but I think I'd contact the talented writers and artists over at MTJPub and ask if any of them would be interested in getting into animation...

It would essentially be a fanfic channel. Every show an episode of a real show, both live action and anime, with nothing but tickling.
