Well I can't believe it's almost here, and to say this has been a long 1 1/2 months is an understatement. But as of tomorrow, October 13th (gods willing), I will be shooting my debut video. This is a project that I have been seriously wanting to do for a few years now, but some other issues kept popping up. Now I am in a position where I can actually make it happen. Over the past few years, I have done my homework and studied the various producers, and would like to thank those who shared their tps, wisdom, and insight. Because even though we are technically competitors, we are a family first. And families look after their own, and guide them.
There are so many emotions just running over me right now. Happiness and anxiety being the biggest ones. I'm not going to claim that we're better than this producer or that producer, because I believe in letting the customers themselves make that decision. All I want to do is produce videos that people will be happy with. That's my main goal. I know that I am just getting started and there is a learning curve, but like I said, I have done my homework on the matter. I also hope that when you review my clips, you will be candid and honest. Tell me what you liked, what you didn't like. Tell me what you want to see more off, and less of. This is the only way I can grow as a producer.
Once the video is complete and edited, I will be publishing the clips on my page, and will have a clip (average 5 minutes in length) where you can download for free. I was never a big fan on the '30 second samples', and think this way, people can get a better taste of what I am offering.
I admit that I am partly doing this for my own pleasure, out of my intense love of this quirky little thing we call 'tickling', but I'm also doing this for the community as well. I want to shoot the videos that YOU want to see, so this is the perfect time to make your voices heard. For example I have been wrestling with whether or not to include vibrators. I personally don't like them... well maybe that not quite right. I don't like the way they are over-used. But as Joe Dirt would say 'It's not what you want, it's what the consumers want'.
So for those who say your opinions don't count.. they do with me, because I am all about providing quality videos, and the videos you would want to see. So please let me know!
Also, on a side note I would like to personally thank Mike (Oddjobs) who is making the very long trip from East Texas, to help me out with his vast knowledge of cameras and videos.
