two chicks in a garden where the ground or their boot tickle their feet or something?

i remeber seeing a clip of two female characters in a scene where one walk in to this garden or hole or something and starts giggling unexplainably - her friend asks whats wrong and she says not to go any further because its tickling her - but her friend inevitably goes further and they are both their giggling away as whatever it is tickles their feet through their boots

anyone know what i am talking about? its some sort of mainstream fantasy programme i think - not a toon tho - the sort of thing amanda bynes or melissa joan hart would be in but i cant remember the exact names of the characters

I know the one you're refering to. It the sequel to Zenon - Girl of the *something* century. I think the movie was actually called Zenon: the Zequel.

The first girl is played by Kirsten Storms and the second is Laura Maltby.

The scene comes on around midway through the movie just before the TV one hour point, as I recall.
