I think they might be from the age old "Tied and Tickled" magazine, that I used to collect volumes of, but I could be wrong.

those pics appear to be caps from FM concept materials. They used to be obtainable on tickleparty, but I'm not sure anymore. Either way, it is not possible to post them because they are on the do-not post producers list.
