I posted the videos as attachments since the youtube links can be arbitraly removed. They're zipped because the forum won't accept straight mp4s.

My advice is that you download a codec pack. It's been a long time since I last needed one, but I remember Nimo and K-lite were the most famous back then. You'll probably never have to bother with video format issues again if you do get one.
