Issues.

She almost sounds disappointed, like she wishes she knew some *decent* ticklers, instead of overzealous boys who bruise the hell out of her.

It's true. Most of the time, guys poke way too hard, and it just hurts. Many a time have I observed this scene in high school. I've find that a slight pinch of the thumb and forefinger, or a goose at the waist works better.
BTW, a well-executed waist goose is one of my favorite ways to tickle. The reaction is priceless.
