UK PAL to US VHS

Anyone know of any place that could possibly do a venture like this? I just bought a video from england, and its in UK pal format, which is not compliant with 95% of vcr's sold in america(i think panasonic can play em) Anyone know a general place that can do this, im debating even learning how to use hardware and try at the audio\visual lab here. Dammit, this is one great ecw tape and u can see me get hit in the head by a cheese cup
