I suppose I would think face-down would be safer so they can drool, rather than being face-up, as saliva can pool in the back of the throat, making it difficult to swallow or breathe, as they are often hysterical with laughter? Watching a face-down model drool can be funny as well.

Definitely face-up. It depends on the model and their reactions but either position can lead to issues with swallowing. In my experience, face-down gagged is harder and more risky though, since your breathing is much more restriced when you're on your front anyway - the gag can trap saliva and make it harder to breathe. I have had models start to choke from this scenario before so I generally avoid it unless for a specific custom.

Great new positions there for Roxy and Kitty, I especially like the look of that video with Kitty, she's only got her hands tied yet that position makes her look so incredibly vulnerable, and of course she's gorgeous 😍
