Underdog in the Tickle Feather Machine

I have seen this episode from when I was a child. The evil Simon Bar Sinister has a tickle gun that he shoots at people and says "Simon says...laugh" and then this feather comes out and starts tickling the victim who readily drops to the ground and begins laughing hysterically.

The whole episode I remember thinking "oh let him shoot Polly Pure-bred. Please shoot Polly Pure-bred. And he does. 😉
 
I remember seeing this Underdog episode as a kid, although it's one of the few tickle episodes that never did anything for me.
Unlike the Popeye cartoons, they always had my attention. One that didn't have a tickle scene that always had my mind going was the show where a big, heavyset, barefoot hillbilly women kept stealing Popeye away from Olive Oyl. Was always hoping the hillibilly gal was one of us.

Simon needed a way to stop people from being able to cast a vote against him in an election.
Of all the things he tested the tickle feather gun was the only one that caused the potential voter to drop helplessly to the ground without being able to pull the old lever style voting machine arm.

I was a huge underdog fan as a kid.
Funny how this is the only episode I remember........
 
I have the video...there just never seemed to be enough interest in it to make any clips. Maybe when I'm through with the stuff nontkl gave me.
