I don't think it's and actual episode, but rather a fan produced picture. That said, here is a link to all the epidodes. I watched #4 (as that is the # on the picture's logo) and it is not that episode.

Probably not, if it's a fan-produced picture, as Joe said. Most likely just someone doing a mock-up of a video cover for fun and the never-ending Quest For Artistic Expression. 😀
