Unusual ticklish spots patterns?

So, there's been discussions on unusual ticklish spots, but what about unusual ticklish patterns?

This is based on a guy I know, who's got probably the most ticklish belly of anyone I know, but is basically dead everywhere else. Ribs, armpits, feet, nothing. But if you so much as poke his belly it'll basically incapacitate him. There's almost a literal line where he'll be begging for mercy when your fingers are in one place and nothing when they're an inch to the right. It's weird (and a fun thing to find the exact edges of when he's held down 😈)

Anyway, you know (or are) anyone like that? People who's ticklish spots are specific, oddly distributed or otherwise unusual?

My tummy is similar in that there are spots that are extremely sensitive and others that do almost nothing. Usually this doesn't come up because most ticklers think in macro spots, and so just tickle the whole area or move around it quickly. Another for me is on my feet. I feel like a lot of people are more ticklish on the arch than most of the other parts of the foot, but for me it's more the ball of the foot and the heel. The arch is still ticklish, but not nearly as much as those spots. I guess now that I think about it, I have little micro hot spots all over me that could easily be missed if going too quickly.

What I initially thought of when I read patterns was more to do with the motion, speed, direction, and pressure of the touch. I have found that it can make a profound difference on me and many others.

I refer to those spots I have as "hyper sensitive", and yes I do have a few.
