I'm sorry I haven't been able to update info. My friends have been busy with Red Cross, getting back to work and I haven't heard from them until today.
For those of you who've expressed a wish to help out: Child's size 4 clothing (girl) is needed, as long as child-related stuff like toys and such. My friends are OK on clothing themselves. They still had a lot of thier clothes at her mother's when they were flooded. However, they did lose everything else, so even basic household items are good ideas. I know that one of you asked about a microwave and yes, they could use it.
So, drop me a line at [email protected] if you'd like to help out, and I'll tell you where you can send things. (Fixed the link, BTW...)
By the way, I let my friends know that I've gotten such a great response from you all, and they wish to send thier gratitude and thanks. Me too. 😎
