I always wondered who did that drawing of Buffy IMO Mandell is the best artist out there Does he do commision work? I have some ideas,I just ain't good at drawing

Mandell is semi-retired these days. Every so often he does something for our magazine when he has the time. He does not do commission work I'm afraid.

Okay by downloading pics from Http://www.geocities.com/taramacclay01/ you can if you are more competent then us using these pics to making it look like some of the female cast are being tickled. WE tried and failed, but rajee or master cartman or general zod or MTJpub could easily succeed.
