Is anyone else into thin ankles and very defined achilles?
 
While it's not necessarily a deal breaker, I prefer that over cankles. The achilles also proves to be good tickle target at times as well.
 
That is the first thing that I notice about a girl's feet when she is wearing shoes and it definitely is an important element in overall foot beauty. My wife has the ankles and achilles tendon that you described and I have always been attracted by this..amongst other things, like her toe curling, wiggling, and spreading when her soles are tickled.
 
Yep, all of the above! Being into shoes and shoeplay (dangling, dipping and heelpoping) a defined ankle is very nice indeed!
