Very ticklish on the TOPS of the feet?

Lately I have been having tickle sessions with a lady friend who has very ticklish feet, which I know is not at all uncommon in itself, except that she is as or nearly as ticklish on the tops of her feet as on the bottoms. Has anyone else expereienced this as a ler or a lee?

Absolutely - I have tickled many girls who are as ticklish on the tops of their feet as on the soles - it's fun to tickle the soles of her feet and when she flexes her toes tickle the tops of her feet - this can go on for a long time switching between the tops and the soles as she reacts to each sensation.
