- Clip from roughly 2010–2017.
- Two women, one restrained hogtied on some kind of bench, hands and feet tied up.
- Tickler is tattooed.
- Uses a backscratcher plus some hitting/slapping between tickling.
- A microphone/buzzer/electric device near the ticklee, that gives a shock in the crotch when she laughs.
- Relativley dark blue or red themed visualy
