who died doing an unnessary stunt as payback for Bret Hart punching Vinces lights out for being a liar and a cheat.

First, it's a storyline. It's not real. It didn't really happen.
Secondly, note that the WWE has never once said Vince actually died. They continually use the word "presumed" a lot and say things to lead you to think he's gone. They can't actually say he's dead because he's not.
As far as kids thinking it's real, well it's up to parents what kids watch and believe. Do the kids that think this is real think the matches are legit and the violence is real? If so then parents really need to have a talk with their kids.
But is this really any different than Stone Cold being in a 'hit and run' (attempted murder) which didn't really happen? Is this any different than Stephanie being kidnapped and placed in a cult marriage by the Undertaker which didn't really happen? Is it any different that Linda McMahon being in a wheelchair with a stroke which wasn't real, while watching her husband have an affair which didn't really happen?
Bottom line is it's entertainment. If you look back on WWE history you can find lots of storylines, gimmicks, etc. that are just as bad if not worse than this. I'm curious to see how they bring him back.
WWE stock price changes mean very little. Stock prices continually change in any market. I wouldn't read too much into it.

As far as talking to the kids...thats an obvious if the parent has any kind of common sense. Believe me, I have discussed this many times with my son. We have had many arguments about the whole thing being fake. Granted, there are some matches when they really do get slightly hurt (or more). But kids are more visual and they seem to process things better by what they see then what is true.
