Question: is there a way I can turn off the "mature content" filter that blocks all the thumbnails. I cannot sign up to be a member because it says everyone in this area of the country is banned.
 
You have to register to turn off that filter (By putting in your birthday stating that you're over 18). Not to advocate misrepresenting yourself too much but you could just register and give a false location. If they are banning your IP then I don't know a way around that. I wasn't aware deviantart banned areas of the world from registering, though.
