That's right! The voice is Goten is ticklish! I e-mailed her a few questions and here was her response to the tickling question.

She actually did a tickle scene with Goten. Some pet was licking Goten and he was laughing and protesting it tickled. It's a kid's voice she's doing, but at least she's saying something with tickling. ^_^
