I got mailer-daemons today from someone posing as me and emailing a copy of a virus at my friends in this group. Since none of you are on a mail list I know it is a lurker from inside this group. If you get any mail which looks like me, I assure you it isn't. I have no idea who could be mad at me or want to do this but still it happened today!
Two people it tried to email to were Jeff and webmaster at tickle chamber. Again if you get any email with my return address on it, delete it!!!!

Really? Thanks for the heads up. I keep getting mail returned that I never sent...as I have when other virii have been floating around. So, I've just been dumping anything suspicious. If it's anything like the old KLEZ virus that gave everyone fits, this thing will randomly select both sender and reciever from the mailing list of someone who's been infected. Not much chance of tracing it, as we learned earlier. Any mail I get that's not expected automaticly gets deleted unopened. If it's a name I know, I let them know to check their system in case it's that person who's infected.

You're not alone in this ugly situation,Sir Bear,for both myself and a few of my friends have also fallen victim to those that are using pseudo versions of our personal e-mails(posing as us),and using them to send viruses,for it's been happening to virtually everybody,and it's a horrible situation that needs to be stopped A.S.A.P. .
Also,someone posing as my e-mail sent one to a top Austrailian genre film website,and I just sent a real mail of myself explaining to the guy(at that site)what has been happening to many in the States,with people posing as certain folks to deliver their viruses,and all.
Let's get together,to put an end to this A.S.A.P. .
