After hubby tore out the carpet in the second bedroom, there is hard wood flooring underneath, which he will eventually sand so he says..sooooo today while doing my hula hoops, in socks...i slipped a wee bit and did a split..and i've never done a split in my life...i hope i didn't hurt anything that i need..:shock:
