Well here we are in week 1 of the football season. It will run through February when Super Bowl XLII is played. So for those of you who played a year ago, you know how this works. For those of you that are new I will give you the spreads of all the games on the schedule that week. The point spreads will usually come from USA Today, The Daily News ( out of New York City ) or the New York Post. On this particular week it comes out of the USA Today. A note that point spreads do change during the week but once I post the spread it is LOCKED IN!!! Remember that the favorites MUST win by the point spread or better to win. If a point spread is 3 1/2 and you pick the favorite and the favorite wins by 3 you lose that particular game. Before I move forward, we look back one more time at last year's final standings. To remind everyone what fun we had one year ago!!!
