Week#10- Football Standings

I want to note this right out the gate: I am not drunk. I have not done any drugs. I am not on any medication. I am not delirious. I wam like Santa Claus, I looked at my list and I checked it twice. Heck I checked it ten times to make sure I was right. Now if you don't understand what I am talking about you will as you read on. I will say this, I am almost shock proof. I believe that in the World of sports and in life that "Anything is Possible." But that being said, I still was not prepared for what you are about to read. In fact, I am still not sure it is real. There were only 5 players this week that finished over .500. That is not the shocking part. We have had weeks like that. Three of the five finished at 7-6-1. They would be Illtcklu, Iggy Pop and City of Mica. The fake Patriot fan ( that is Maniac ) finished at 5-4-1. But the best week belonged to somebody who in the year plus has been for the most part unable to get out of her own way. The best week, by far, belong to Bellystrokes at 8-5-1. A stunning turn of events. It is hard to imagine some people having a bad week because Belly outpicked them. But when she outpicks the entire field, it is almost like a close election. You need a recount. If there was a week you would want a mulligan I could understand this being the week. Now after being sarcastic all this time, congratulations Bellystrokes. You did a fantastic job. Let's look at how the field did this past week.

Or I could post from Wednesday and you guys have just 24 hours to evaluate the line and post your picks. Let me know what you think would be good. I am not so sure this is a fluke. You were 8-5 two weeks ago. You just followed up an 8-5 week with a 4-10 week. It kind of offsets the good weeks when you throw one in the crapper ( don't get excited maniac ) like that. Your season has been marked by inconsistancy more than anything else. Last year you were luck if you had 8 wins in two weeks. Now you get 8 wins in a week. Now follow it up with another good week. There is 16 games on the schedule next week. Follow this really good week up with 8, 9 or 10 wins. I know I am very happy for you. And I am sure once everyone see's that you had a great week they will be happy for you. Of course, first place for the week is shocking but...I think they will get use to it.

Well, thanks for the great introduction TF4F! Felt like a bit of a star even though I kinda' sucked! That Browns game wore me out!!

At least I get to tie with the great Alchemy, so it wasn't a total loss!!

But as far as the rest of the season is concerned, I think I'm going to ride Bellystrokes' coat tails until I learn more about this stuff! She looks like to one to watch.
