Arizona Cardinals +7 @ New Orleans Saints 4:30pm ( FOX ) --- I don't know...maybe I have been drinking too much of that Cardinal Kool-Aid but this team I picked to return to the Super Bowl in the preseason. So I might as well stay on that train. My belief is that we are going to see the same kind of game that we saw last week between the Packers/Cardinals. The rest might do the Saints good, but I don't know. Maybe next year for the Saints. At least New Orleans fans had a lot of fun.

Baltimore Ravens +6 1/2 @ Indianapolis Colts 8:15pm ( CBS ) --- This could be a FG type game. Then again this could be Steelers/Colts circa 2006 revisited. Anytime the Colts rested their players before their run through the playoffs...they didn't go far. Ravens in an upset.

Dallas Cowboys +3 @ Minnesota Vikings 1:00pm ( FOX ) --- Vikings had too much go wrong to end the season. I can't rely on what the Vikings did against the GUTLESS Giants in week #17. The Cowboys however have given up 31 points over their last 4 games. Playing a hunch here that the Cowboys use momentum to get them to the Championship round.

New York Jets +7 @ San Diego Chargers 4:40pm ( CBS ) --- If the Jets had four Derelle Revis's on their team...I pick them in a New York Minute. The Jets don't. If not Jackson then Gates or Floyd will find their way open and ruin the Jets day. Look for the Chargers to win their 12th game in a row and go to the Championship Game against the Ravens.

I'm taking Arizona to cover in the fantasy offensive dream game shootout.

I'm taking Baltimore to take out Indianapolis, completing the punishment for tanking.

I'm taking Dallas to take out the pick machine & beat Brett Favre.

And since all my friends think the Chargers will win, I will take the Jets to win & exact more retribution in San Diego for firing Marty Schottenheimer.

General rule of thumb for a playoff weekend. never take all favorites or all underdogs. the odds of either happening are astronomical.

I thought Arizona would win and Baltimore would keep it close. So much for that.

So I was right about the Colts and Vikings, but I was wrong about the Chargers and Cardinals.

The Jets beat the Chargers?... What the fuck?

Congrats to Jets fans, but damn... that has to be one of the most unexpected wins ever. The Chargers entered the playoffs as the hottest team in the league. What the hell?...

Well, if nothing else, Revis and co. have proven they are truly a first class defense. This is gonna be a very interesting AFC championship.

Of course, the NFC championship is going to be cool as well. Favre vs. Brees...

Maybe it's patially because I don't like the Chargers but I knew the Jets would win, that didn't surprise me, they're better than they appear... Although I also knew the Cowboys would beat the Vikings but I was wrong about that one... But I was right about the other two... so 3 out of 4 isnt bad lol
